Based in Madrid, our Corporate Finance franchise leverages on one of the largest platforms amongst the international banking community, including a well cohesive team formed by highly experienced professionals with a strong and well developed expertise in Corporate and Investment Banking. The selected candidate will give direct support to the whole team, from Analysts to Managing Directors, having the opportunity to get exposure to a wide range of industries (Financial Institutions, Infrastructure, Energy, TMT, Real Estate etc.) and companies, in coordination with our industry specialised teams based in Europe, in a multi-disciplinary and demanding environment requiring strong multi-tasking and analytical skills, as well as an excellent team player aptitude.
Main tasks will include: - Transaction origination including market screening, analysis of investment opportunities, management of databases, and assistance in preparing client presentations - Company valuation, including assistance in conducting valuation analysis of specific companies including most common valuation methodologies (DCF, Transaction multiples, Trading multiples) - Transaction execution, including assistance in the elaboration of transaction documents (teasers, information memorandum) and data room management, being fully part of the execution team An International Program of a duration from 6 to 18 months in BNP Paribas 's principal hubs Corporate and Investment Banking, with a previous internship period of a minimum 6 months in the office of Madrid.Profile Bachelor in Business Management / Economics, or Engineering degrees majoring in business management (Graduates 2015/2016) Junior Profile Language English FluentFrench It will be a plusSpanish Fluent Skills Strong interest in finance, particularly in Corporate and Investment Banking Industry (M&A) Sound accounting knowledge and analytical skills Good communication and team-working capabilitiesReliability, rigorousness and commitmentIT skills: proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Financial databases knowledge is a plus (eg: Bloomberg, Thomson, FactSet, Mergermarket etc.) Proffessional ExperiencePrior experience in Corporate Finance is preferred but is not requiredAny prior professional experience, mainly in finance, would be a plus Joining Date As soon as Possible (June/July 2016) Additional Information Include transcript / academic recorInclude cover letter
